Thank You for Paying It Forward!
Throughout the past year we’ve been asking, “If we gave you $10…what would you do for someone else?” For the answers, we gave individuals $10—free with the assignment to Pay it Forward.
973 participants strong, we’ve put over $12,500 into our communities. We supported everything from non-profit organizations and schools to neighbors and strangers. We stretched the money across the world—from Honduras, Ukraine and Afghanistan to Mexico, Haiti and Darfur. It’s amazing to see how our participants made such an impact with just $10.

I'm a local business person and I'll take the $10 and spend it at another local business.

I would donate to a local food bank and help out with people who are in need.

I'd donate it to animals. I'm an animal lover and I'd donate it to the Humane Society.

Supporting Local Musicians
I would give it to the musicians on State Street. Even in bad weather they make me happy.

Smile Maker
I would break it up into single dollar bills and walk around giving it to each person I see doing good deeds throughout the day to put smiles on their faces.

I would buy my girlfriend flowers.

Local Philanthropist
I will donate it to my sorority's philanthropist event which helps out Make a Wish Foundation. Hopefully we'll send someone somewhere and grant their wish.
